• Andco Corporate Services Limited is a privately owned fiduciary services business specialising principally in the management of offshore companies investing in UK real estate and the associated accounting activity, and offering a discreet, high level service to its global network of clients.

Established in 1993 and managed and controlled by its owners, Ned Bowers ACA and John Murphy, both of whom remain at the forefront throughout every transaction and lead small, close-knit teams that stay with the clients for the long term, allowing them to develop relationships with our clients and a genuine, in-depth understanding of their businesses.

    What we do

Incorporation and management of companies in the Isle of Man including the provision of a board of professional Isle of Man resident directors.

Real estate deal structuring and financing through a network of lenders.

Property accounting services including Tax and VAT.

Our teams have a specialist knowledge and understanding of the marketplace from managing companies that own a single shop investment to others that own large portfolios, development sites and high value city centre mixed use schemes.

The key to our reputation is an uncompromising focus on client service, and an iron grip on quality control. We provide a discreet but highly professional service to a select portfolio of clients, taking new business only from professional introducers. Growth is carefully controlled with the emphasis on professional service and reliability, on quality rather than quantity.

Andco is licensed to provide Corporate Services by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority, and holds a Class 4 licence. As a licensed fiduciary services business, Andco is subject to a strict regulatory regime thus ensuring the highest possible standards of corporate governance are maintained.
