Established in 1993 and managed and controlled by its owners, Ned Bowers ACA and John Murphy, both of whom remain at the forefront throughout every transaction and lead small, close-knit teams that stay with the clients for the long term, allowing them to develop relationships with our clients and a genuine, in-depth understanding of their businesses.

Edward (Ned) Bowers - Ned qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1979. He has remained a practising member gaining extensive knowledge and experience within that profession. In 1990 he founded his own Chartered Accountancy practice and with increasing specialisation within the offshore finance industry, founded Andco in 1993. Initially Andco provided general services to a range of businesses, later developing a specialism in the management of real estate companies and with it. the sourcing of structured commercial finance.
Joe Bromley - Joe trained with Deloitte and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011. Prior to joining Andco he was Head of Finance for an Isle of Man trust and corporate service provider and pension scheme administrator. Joe is responsible for the accounting and tax compliance of our client portfolio.
John Murphy - John has over 25 years experience in both the onshore and offshore banking industry gained during his employment with RBS where he headed up the Isle of Man Real Estate Finance team. John joined Andco in 2003 and has applied his extensive experience in Real Estate and Finance to the benetit of Andco's clients. John is recognised within the Isle of Man for his experience and expertise within the offshore property management world and holds a number of executive and non-executive directorships.
